The LINC-CUT S with water table cutting system is suitable for a range of plasma cutting applications and cuts steel from 1 up to 25 mm. The low operating costs are ensured by long service life of the wear parts, high cutting speeds and almost dross-free cuts. The cutting range is for sheet sizes from 1000 x 2000 up to 1500 x 3000 mm. The LINC-CUT is a modern, high quality system with small footprint for smaller workshops and convinces with impressive performance data. The LINC-CUT is built in EUROPE. All components integrated in the LINC-CUT are manufactured exclusively by LINCOLN ELECTRIC itself and are therefore perfectly matched to each other.  No matter whether it is the ACCUMOVE control, the FLEXCUT 125A or TOMAHAWK 1538 and of course the machine body with linear bearings for the X, Y and Z axes, everything works hand in hand in a coordinated manner – for perfect results.

The LINC-CUT S 1530w comes standard with the FLEXCUT 125 or TOMAHAWK 1538 air plasma powers sources. Flexcut 125 can penetrate and cut mild steel up to 25 mm thick. 10 mm mild steel, for example, it cuts at a speed of 2700 mm/min. The FLEXCUT 125A supports both plasma cutting and plasma marking with the same set of consumables. TOMAHAWK 1538 can pierce up to 20mm and is well adapted for thin and medium thicknesses. For example on 2mm it is possible to cut at speed close to 7m/min. With TOMAHAWK 1538 comes 2 plasma torches, one for mechanized cuts already mount on the machine, and another one for manual cuts for secondary operations like cutting plate scraps for example

Practice-oriented construction
The machine body with its rigid steel frame construction contributes significantly to the precise guidance of the cutting unit. The steel frame allows very smooth movements as well as excellent and constant positioning accuracy and at the same time forms the basic frame for the cutting table of the LINC-CUT. The cutting table is integrated in the carrier and is filled with water and a specific anti corrosion liquid. It catches the cutting dust and escaping residual gases. The steel frame construction safely supports sheets with a thickness of 20 mm. Smaller sheets can even be up to 25 mm thick.
