The LINC-CUT S 1530 d cutting system is suitable for a range of plasma cutting applications and cuts steel from 1 to 25 mm. The integrated extraction table is divided into 600 mm wide segments so that powerful extraction of the cutting fumes always takes place exactly where the cut is being made. The low operating costs are ensured by the long service life of the wear parts, high cutting speeds and virtually burr-free cuts. The cutting range is for sheet sizes up to 1500 x 3000 mm. The LINC-CUT is a modern, high-quality system with a small footprint for smaller workshops and impresses with its impressive performance data. All components integrated in the LINC-CUT are manufactured exclusively by LINCOLN ELECTRIC and are therefore perfectly matched to each other. The LINC-CUT is built in EUROPE. Whether ACCUMOVE control, the FLEXCUT 125A, and of course the machine body with linear bearings for the X, Y and Z axes, everything works together hand in hand – for perfect results.
The LINC-CUT S 1530d is supplied with the FLEXCUT 125A air plasma power source as standard and can penetrate and cut mild steel up to a thickness of 25 mm. It cuts 10 mm mild steel, for example, at a speed of 2700 mm/min. The FLEXCUT 125A supports both plasma cutting and plasma marking with the same set of consumables.
Practice-oriented design
The machine body with its rigid steel frame design contributes significantly to the precise guidance of the cutting unit. The steel frame enables very smooth movements as well as excellent and constant positioning accuracy. The extraction table also forms the base frame for the LINC-CUT. The cutting table consists of 600 mm sub-segments for an optimum suction line in the cutting area. It sucks up the cutting dust and escaping residual gases. The steel frame construction safely supports sheets from 1500 – 3000 mm with a thickness of 25 mm.
