EUROTOME^② is a robust, flexible and cost-effective machine that can be implemented and operated quickly and easily. It offers excellent cut quality and works economically with low operating costs. Lincoln Electric has developed the new EUROTOME^② precisely for these needs, rounding off the range of cutting systems up to large sheet metal processing.

Control

The HPCIII is a further development of the well-known HPC controller, which is known throughout the thermal cutting market. It controls all processes – from movement to the cutting process. Thanks to the new design and the large 21.5″ touch screen display 16/9, the HMI becomes a truly tool user-friendly, automatic and educational. The HPCIII controls all processes precisely and reliably in everyday production. Main features:

Flexibility

It can be equipped with different tools: 1 to 4 oxyfuel torches, 1 or 2 plasma torches, a marking tool and a VXK chamfering tool. Different machine widths (1500, 2000, 2500 & 3000 mm) are available. The standard cutting length is 3000 mm and can be extended by 3000 mm or 1,500 mm up to a maximum length of 15.000 mm with modules. EUROTOME^② thus offers the possibility to adapt to a variety of sheet formats: 1500 x 3000 mm, 2000 x 6000 mm, etc.

Automatic gas console for oxy-fuel cutting

The automatic gas regulation for flame cutting is controlled via a numerical control panel. It supplies up to 4 oxy-fuel torches with exactly the amount of gas required for cutting the respective material thickness.

Power Sources

EUROTOME^② can be equipped with air plasma or high definition plasma for cutting. Depending on your requirements, we can put on the machine High Definition plasma power sources FineLine^® HD (170A or 300A) or FLEXCUT Air-plasma power source 125A.

Linear lateral guidance

The torch carriage is equipped with a double ball-bearing linear rail which ensures smooth movement of the cutting heads and therefore optimum cutting quality. The guide unit is directed to the rear, which prevents contamination or friction, e.g. from cutting particles.

Longitudinal guidance

The machine stands on stable, adjustable feet in order to be able to work precisely even on uneven surfaces. The drive and guide systems consist of square profiles and gear racks. Wipers permanently clean the rails and ensure optimum operation – even under difficult conditions. The medium-high position of the cable ducts allows easy cleaning.

Safety & Conformity

The machine complies with the new Machinery Directive EN ISO 17916:2016. Safety devices (light barriers and emergency stop buttons) ensure optimum protection for the operator. The connected firing table enables the extraction of cutting gases. The emergency mode allows easy access to the cutting tools.
